Appointments
Appointments may be available outside these times subject to arrangement. Please contact us if you would like an appointment outside of normal business hours and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
Opening times may also vary, so it is adviseable to phone beforehand.
When telephoning the salon, if you receive the answer-phone please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Cancellation
We do not charge a cancellation fee, but a 24 hrs notice of cancellation will be greatly appreciated. This will benefit other clients who require an appointment, as well as ensuring our time is spent productively.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased from at our online store. Bespoke Gift Vouches available on request.
Treatments
Treatments can be also be purchased in advance from our online store, which also lists Specials not available directly from the salon and must be purchased online. Treatments can also be purchased as Gift Vouchers
Payments
We accept payment by Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, Solo, JCB
Important notice
- All our products that we use are Natural or Organic based and have not been tested on animals.
- We stock Organic, Soil Certified and Fair Trade products where possible.
- We thank you for refraining from smoking on the premises.
- Unfortunately our treatment rooms are situated on the first floor, so we may not be able to accommodate those with mobility difficulties.
- Ila products use nut derived oils such as argan oils and therefore may not be suitable for those with nut allergies.
